Thank you for returning your holiday rental cleaned before 11 am (10 am in the Netherlands and Germany).
There will be no inventory appointment. Our teams will check the accommodation after your departure. Please leave your keys in the letterbox provided.
If your accommodation is not left clean and tidy upon your departure, we will unfortunately be obliged to keep your deposit*. We do not like to do this and we much prefer that our guests leave their accommodations as they found them for our next holidaymakers.
Departure requirements in order not to lose my deposit:
Mobile home :
- air, sweep and mop the floor
- put the furniture back in place
- clean any marks on the windows
Kitchen :
- clean the sink, crockery, hobs, shelves, etc.
- defrost the freezer and wash the fridge, set it to thermostat 1
- take the rubbish to the waste container and clean the bin
- rinse the coffee machine
Bathroom and WC:
- disinfect the washbasin, shower and WCs
Bedrooms:
- do not remove mattress covers
- do not remove pillow and blanket protectors
- air and fold blankets on beds
Outside :
- sweep the terrace and rinse the garden table and chairs
- degrease the barbecue if you have used one

Do you know the story of Capfun's founder?
Capfun is the story of a young man, Pierre, who lived in Provence a long time ago.
The son of a stubborn peasant and a skilled shorthand typist, Pierre studied long and hard to learn as much as he could.
Clearly, this is what we call an autodidact. During a visit to Toulouse (otherwise known as the pink city), he met a young lady called Marie, whose dimples, accent, and mischievous smile enchanted him.
He quickly understood his chance and decided to marry her immediately. Pierre was determined to create his own company. A natural chief who is fond of challenges.
During this period, his only possession was a 4-wheel, non-drive vehicle topped with a hood.
After a very varied career, he discovered his true passion. To create holiday destinations for the young and old.
Places where children can laugh and play and where holidaymakers congregate to meet like-minded people and relax.
This adventure quickly became a family investment, as Pierre was joined by his three children. This family forms a tribe of warriors, surrounded by sharp and motivated teams who dedicate their lives to our mission.
Capfun's fairytale is the story of an encounter between the crazy universes of Jürgen and Doreen.
The mad scientist, Jürgen, creates huge wooden games and castles for children. Living constructions with a mouth, a nose, and eyes, each one more surprising than the other...
From Pierre and the team's imagination, the characters Carabouille, Clapou, and their friends were born.
