Cancellation Guarantee + Vaccination Pass

If you choose the Cancellation Guarantee + Vaccination Pass option, you will receive a refund of the payments made minus the administration costs and cancellation guarantee, if the French government decides to make the vaccination pass mandatory again for access to campsites on the dates of your stay.

The conditions for this cancellation guarantee are the same as our standard cancellation guarantee.

This cancellation guarantee does not apply if the government makes the corona pass mandatory again, i.e. if you can access the campsite by proof of vaccination OR a negative corona test.

What happens if my country or province is in lockdown during the dates of my stay, or if the campsite is not allowed to open?

We will convert your payment into a voucher for a future stay. This voucher is valid for 18 months.

What’s the Relaxoffer, cancellation and 100% refund ?

In the event of coronavirus during the dates of your holiday, you will receive a full refund in the following cases

  • You or one of your fellow travelers has been affected by the corona virus (on presentation of a medical certificate)*
  • You are in an area that is in lockdown during the dates of your stay which prevents you from going to the campsite
  • The campsite is located in an area that is in lockdown during the dates of your stay
  • You must be quarantined when you go to / or travel back from the region in which the campsite is located

In these cases you will receive a FULL and IMMEDIATE refund of the amounts paid.

* If you or one of your fellow travellers test positive for the corona virus during your stay, you will receive a refund of the nights not used.


Is it possible to pay in installments with no extra costs?

Yes! You can pay a deposit of 25% of the price + reservations fees + optional cancellation insurance fees to book your stay.
The balance can be paid on your personal Clix account by credit card, bank transfer, or upon your arrival at the campsite. Except for partner campsites where the balance is due 30 days before arrival.

How to pay my stay?

You can pay your stay:
- By credit card: for a secure and fast payment on our website
- By bank transfer: you can find the IBAN and BIC on your Clix account.

Please note that it often takes three days for a bank transfer to arrive on the bank account of the campsite. Then it must be processed (this also applies to payments made by credit card). It may take several days before you will receive your payment confirmation and you can see your payment in your Clix-account.

How to know the total price of the stay, with all the participants and extra options included?

The prices appearing on the price chart are the rental prices of the accommodations. Not included in these prices are the administration fees, tourist taxes, optional cancellation insurance and any extras (like the rental of sheets).
To know the total price of your stay, just click on the price, enter your email address and fill out all the information!

What is a Clix account?

On your Clix account you can find your previous stays and information about your current stay. Your access codes are automatically sent by mail once your booking is confirmed.

You only get access to a Clix account if you have made a reservation for a Capfun campsite. It is not available if you have made a booking for a partner campsite or one of our residences.

Do I need my contract?

After booking your stay, you can access your personal Capfun Clix account. Here you can download your contract. There is no need to fill it in, send it to the campsite or show it upon arrival; we already have all the necessary information!

How does the cancellation insurance work?

For peace of mind it is possible to contract a cancellation insurance when you make your booking. This insurance allows you to cancel your reservation and be reimbursed for the amount paid (at any time, whether before or during the stay).

By subscribing to this guarantee (€ 26 for stays of 7 nights or more, and € 9 for stays of 2 to 6 nights), you will be refunded for the paid amounts (excluding administration fees and cancellation insurance) in the case of:
- Death of the insured. A disease that affects the insured and that was not known at the time of signing the rental agreement or an accident which occurs after the signing. The death, disease or accident which affects, under the same conditions, the spouse of the insured and immediate family. - An administrative summon, judiciary, military as well as a criminal jury trial. An impediment due to layoff, a transfer of the insured or his partner, or by bankruptcy of the company that is operated by the insured.

What is included in the price?

Access to the Waterpark, water and electricity (except for camping pitches and monthly rentals), necessary equipment for the number of persons in a mobile home or cottages (except additional persons), 1 car and access to free activities.
Beware ! Before and after the summer period, some shops might be closed and some activities might not be available.


With how many people can we stay in the accommodation?

It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of people indicated for security and insurance reasons. Babies also count as persons, even if they do not sleep in a separate bed.

Is it possible to place an option?

If you call the campsite or our call center (0033 492283848), you can take an option that will be valid for 10 days. This option will be cancelled after 10 days if you haven't made a down payment to confirm the reservation.

For last minute holidays (30 days before the arrival date) it is not possible to take an option.
For the Capfun campsites: at least a 25% down payment of the stay + cancellation insurance + administration fees should be paid to confirm an option. For partner campsites we ask the total amount of the stay.


Are pets allowed?

We accept pets on some of our campsites and we charge a daily fee per pet. Have a look at to see which campsites accept pets. Or check the "service" section on the campsite's webpage.

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times be on the campsite. In addition, they must be vaccinated and micro chipped. You must be able to show a pet passport/vaccination certificate when asked. Of course you are required to clean up after your dog at the campsite.

Dogs in Category 1 and 2 are not allowed on our campsites. These are the following races :
- Pit bull and crosses with the American Staffordshire Terrier
- Boerboel and crosses with Mastiff
- Tosa and crosses with the Tosa
- American Staffordshire Terrier
- Rottweiler and crosses with the Rottweiler


Do you have baby kits?

On most of our campsites you can rent a baby kit (subject to availability). Baby kits include a high chair, a bed and a bath. Baby kits can only be booked in advance.

Does the campsite have a "kids club"?

Almost all of our campsites provide a free "kids club" with daily entertainment for children between 4 and 12 years old. The kids clubs are subject to availability and based on the number of present leaders. The number of "kids" and "teen" clubs depend on the Fun Dose on the campsite.

What is the Fun Dose?

Because everyone has different expectations and wishes when it comes to holidays, we make it easy for you to choose your campsite according to the degree of animation that you are looking for!
You can find the Fun Dose of a campsite on the personal page of each campsite. It is represented by a small flask that indicates the degree of animation of the campsite. The more it is filled, the more entertainment the campsite offers!
If you prefer quiet holidays, go for a green Fun Dose.
If you prefer lots of entertainment, sport and partying, pick a campsite with a red Fun Dose.
Whatever the Fun Dose is, kids clubs and other entertainment are free of charge.

Are swimming shorts allowed?

For hygienic reasons, swimming shorts are forbidden on our waterparks.
The toddlers must wear special swimming diapers.

What to do if I arrive on the campsite after 8 p.m.?

If you arrive after closing time of the reception of the campsite, don't worry: an envelope will be waiting for you with your key and the map of the campsite. Don't forget to stop by the reception the next day :)

Do we have to pay a deposit upon arrival?

A deposit of € 200 will be asked for your accommodation, which will be collected on arrival and returned on departure if no damage is reported.
A cleaning deposit of € 90 also will be requested and returned if you did not book the final cleaning with your reservation.
On some campsites a deposit might be requested for Top Presta pitches or for badges for the barrier.

What are the hours of arrivals and departures rental?

You can check in from 4pm until 8pm. Departures are before 12am. This may vary, check your contract available in your Clix account for more information.
Pitches are available from 2pm and must be vacated before noon.

Is there WIFI on your campsites?

We offer free Wi-Fi in the bar area or at the reception of all the campsites.

How are mobile homes equipped?

All the Top Presta mobile homes offer TV, air conditioning and dishwasher !
All camping pitches named Top Presta have a garden shed with a refrigerator; a table with 6 chairs and sometimes 2 sun beds and a barbecue (check the page of the campsite for the exact content of the shed).
The terraces of the mobile homes can be covered, semi-covered, or not covered.
